Our Partners

Bobby Arte is a dynamic and visionary leader hailing from Oakland, California, renowned for his exceptional business acumen and strong leadership skills. As the Chief Operating Officer at WellNest Company, Bobby has been instrumental in driving operational excellence, fostering innovation, and steering the company towards remarkable growth. Bobby serves on the Board of Directors for the Dublin Chamber of Commerce and on the Advisory Commission on Aging for Alameda County. Bobby played football in the NFL and is a Grey Cup Champion in the Canadian Football League.

Bakari Grant is founder of the WellNest Company, a holistic housing company bringing an innovative solution to California's housing crises specializing in dignified, affordable housing for U.S. Veterans and senior independent living. Bakari also founded other successful businesses, including OHM, a health and wellness company focused on mental and physical health rehabilitation for ex-collision sport athletes, and GSS Inc., a design/build general contractor focused on design and construction. Bakari also played football in the NFL and is a Grey Cup Champion in the Canadian Football League.
Cathleen Galgiani serves as a key advisor to the WellNest Group, which includes Keystone Housing Foundation and The WellNest Company, to deliver affordable tiny homes to Veterans, seniors and others in need. Cathleen is former California State Assemblywoman (6 years) and State Senator (8 years) out of San Joaquin County in California. She is a passionate advocate for community and economic development throughout the region.

Bisa Grant is CEO of ANCHOR, a woman-owned business founded in 2003 and serves public agencies as their field representative during development and construction of capital projects. Their core services include construction management and inspection, program/project management, development and map review, and municipal services. Through the AncHER program, Bisa has been a strong advocate for women in business. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees at the Berkeley School of Theology and an All American sprinter with the UCLA track and field team.

Founded in the East Bay, the WellNest company provides dignified, sustainable and affordable tiny homes and ADUs for seniors, Veterans and others to address the housing crisis in California. Since 2003, ANCHOR has delivered high quality construction and project management, inspection and staff augmentation services to California public works agencies and municipalities.
